Starting up...
Three quick poses in front of your phone. A model trained on 11,701 clinical DXA scans does the rest — and nothing ever leaves your device.
A fitness estimate, not a medical device.
About you
Your height is the ruler for every measurement — a camera can't tell how tall you are, so make it accurate.
Everyone on this phone keeps their own history and appears on the crew board. Nothing is shared between devices.
Scan
Prop your phone at hip height, step back until your head and feet sit on the markers, then follow the prompts.
Can't fit your whole body? Switch to a wider lens instead of backing further away. Zoom doesn't affect accuracy.
— measures frame rate and every positioning check, then names exactly what's blocking you.
No camera handy? from a real scanned body with known tape measurements.
Take one photo from the front and one from the side — arms slightly out, whole body in frame, plain background.
We only show a result when the capture passes every check. A bad capture gives a confident but wrong number.

General fitness guidance, not medical advice. If you're pregnant, managing a health condition or on medication, talk to a doctor or registered dietitian before changing how you eat or train.
Ranked by progress since each person's own first scan, not by who is leanest — otherwise whoever started leanest just wins forever.
Every scan is stored only in this browser. Nothing is uploaded, and clearing it here deletes it for good.

Accuracy drops for very lean bodies, where the training data is thinnest, and the model tends to read about 1.4 points low for people of Asian descent — a known limit of measuring body composition from body shape. Several frames reduce random error only; they don't remove that bias.
Not a medical device. A fitness and wellness estimate, not a diagnosis. Trained on 11,701 DXA scans (NHANES 2011–2018) and 2,018 scanned bodies (Amazon BodyM). Runs entirely on your device.
